Are your collections DOT compliant?
Completely. All DOT collections follow 49 CFR Part 40 regulations. We complete Custody and Control Forms correctly, handle specimens securely, and ensure proper chain of custody from collection to laboratory delivery.
How quickly can you schedule a test?

What types of drug tests do you offer?
We provide urine collections for pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing. We handle both DOT and non-DOT requirements for employers, staffing agencies, and individual clients.
What's included in your pricing?
Our collection fee is $75. After-hours testing costs $150. Travel fee is $100. Cancellation is $50. Laboratory and MRO fees are handled separately through your testing provider or TPA, not by us.
Do you handle specimen delivery to the lab?
Yes. After collection, we securely deliver all specimens to the laboratory via FedEx. We manage the entire process so you don't have to worry about getting results on time.
